About This Location
Faith Lutheran Home is a 60-bed long-term care center including a 15-bed memory unit providing continuous care to those who need help maintaining their quality of life. We offer around-the-clock, compassionate care in a home-like environment where every resident is treated like family. Our goal is to maintain the independence of our residents while ensuring their safety and enjoyment. Faith Lutheran Home is conveniently located three blocks from a critical-access hospital.
Our resident-centered care is based on goals set by each resident, their loved ones and their provider. Depending on the needs of each individual, we offer a menu of comprehensive services including:
- Daily Living Assistance: Dressing, Bathing, Grooming, Toileting and Incontinence
- Medication Management
- Diabetes Management
- Stroke and Neurological Care
- Respiratory Care
- Joint and Orthopedic Care
- On-Site Physical and Occupational Therapy
- Wound Care
- Pain Management
- Memory Care in a separate, secure unit with limited noise and distractions
- Nutrition Planning from a registered dietician
Our on-site amenities include single and double occupancy rooms (couples can share a room), top-notch dining services, indoor and outdoor gathering areas, transportation services and a newly remodeled activity room featuring a built-in barber/beauty shop.
